I can't confirm if any of the viruses I've found after removing those products where from something else or from them. Either way I remove either product on site and install something useful like avast! I am going to try to persuade them to not use it. I would like to use avast. Worst thing is, the customer paid for it and now they want to to get their moneys worth out of it. But I am still going to try to persuade them to not use this software.
